Up there with the worst taxi services Ive ever used. Paid £80 for a return trip from Leeds Festival, requested to be picked up at 11;30AM to which the company confirmed. 2:30AM our taxi still hadnt arrived which resulted in us getting another company to carry out our return trip. When we rang their rank to complain and ask for our £40 refund for our return journey we were given very inappropriate and sarcastic customer service. We were also told we were not entitled to a refund which I feel is disgraceful considering our driver was nearly 3 hours late and had no sign of turning up I would certainly recommend that every avoid this company at all costs and Ill be certainly be taking them to court if they fail to carry out a refund for our return journey.
